I tend to go for a super cold Dos XX, but it really depends on the time of year. I can't imagine trying to choke down a Ruination after a run. What's your choice after a run?
I don't often drink beer after a run, but recently when I have, it's been a Bad Penny Brown Ale. I nice local brew. I also love Asahi Super Dry from my days in Japan.
I'm not fast. I've never won a race. I won't be at the top of any race results. I'm not famous. No one will ever refer to me by my first name in conversation like they do for Lance and Dean. You won't see me on the covers of magazines. But I run. And I cycle. A lot. I go out in the heat, rain, the snow. I do marathons as training runs. I've cycled from Texas to Alaska. People call me crazy.
Welcome to my outlet to discuss running, cycling, outdoors activities, and pretty much anything that involves the human body as the engine to attain goals.

I like to slowly enjoy a nice stiff porter... Say, Deschutes Black Butte? Good stuff...
That didn't quite come out the way I wanted, but you get the point...
